CHARLES MIGNON is one of the rare houses with a family character. It boasts a member status of the prestigious UNION DES MAISONS DE CHAMPAGNE, which it has had since 2003.

From generation to generation, the Mignon family has passed down its passion and know-how that draws from the roots at the heart of noble Champagne traditions. Today, Bruno Mignon the third generation, perpetuates this love for the vine and wine, bringing a modern touch.

Issued from the prestigious soils of the Marne, with their villages with magical names, the elaboration of the Charles Mignon Champagne is top quality oriented with near 50 hectares of supplying; well balanced between:

1/3 of Pinot Meunier, from family vineyard: Mesnil Le Huttier, Festigny of Vallée de la Marne and Damery, Cumières, Venteuil, Hautvillers, Oeuilly, Epernay.

1/3 of Pinot Noir, from Montagne de Reims: Ambonnay, Avenay, Bouzy, Tauxières, Louvois and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.

1/3 of Chardonnay from Chouilly, with family vineyard: Le Mesnil sur Oger, Avize,Cramant, Grauves, Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs.

With its subtle blend of tradition and modernity, the Charles Mignon Cuvées keep intact the authentic expressions of Champagne by craftsmen. New facilities for the production process combined with old cellars for ageing and top quality vineyards are the vaulted key to the Charles Mignon style.

Pulling and absolute priority on quality, the production is intentionally limited in order to meet the expectations of true lovers of wine.

The Cuvées Comte de Marne are a rigorous selection of 15% of the best of their noblest supplying, presented in antique bottles, a unique 18th century reproduction. These cuvées are elaborated in very limited series.
